Ordered item from UK to Australia, it wasn’t clear that it was a UK supplier so delivery took 3+ weeks. There was no update on delivery or a tracking number provided. When I contacted for an update after the expected date came & went, they responded on a Friday night Melbourne time & confirmed that it had been sitting at the post office for several days and needed to be collected within 5 days or it would be returned. I managed to get the recipient to collect their gift on the Monday, but Wonderbly need to provide a tracking number and communicate better updates if they want satisfied customers. The book is beautiful, I’ll give you that.

I ordered a mothers day book for my wife from my son and they love it! Easy to order and delivery only took about a week which is great for it being custom. Would definitely order again!
This is such a lovely and special gift. It was so easy to make online and you are able to read through the book before purchase. Its brilliant especially if the child doesn’t have a common name. I have brought these books for all my nephews and nieces. Just thought the price is a bit high.
These books are "forever" books that includes the child's name within a story and even a personal dedication page.

The order took 20 days more to arrive than the date they preview when I ordered it
Have had good experiences until recently when a book which was for a present never arrived , its been charged so I sent an email and never got a reply which was disappointing
My delivery arrived a week later than expected and I wish Finnish would have been one of the language options but the book itself is absolutely beautiful!
Love these books! They make great gifts and the pages are more durable then your average non-board books. Would absolutely recommend!
Great books but the cost is a bit high. Many wonderful kids won't get to experience a book like this due to the cost.
